WorkTrybe is partnering with a leading business in the automotive industry to recruit an experienced Recruiter for a 6-8 week temporary assignment within their Talent Acquisition team.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on recruiter with strong high-volume recruitment experience who can hit the ground running, support multiple vacancies and contribute to a busy recruitment function.
The Role
You'll be supporting the Talent Acquisition team with high-volume recruitment across predominantly blue-collar and production roles.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates for high-volume operational roles.
• Screening applications and conducting initial candidate interviews.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process or focusing on candidate sourcing, depending on experience.
• Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Utilising recruitment systems and job boards to identify and engage suitable candidates.
• Maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment, either agency or internal.
• Strong experience recruiting within high-volume environments.
• Previous experience recruiting blue-collar or production roles.
• Confident sourcing, screening and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Experience using recruitment systems and job boards.
• Ability to hit the ground running and work collaboratively within an established TA team.
