Lead the team. Drive the numbers. Make an impact.

Are you a high-performing recruitment leader who loves the pace of volume hiring, knows how to get a team firing and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves?
We're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager to lead a team of three recruiters, driving recruitment outcomes across large, operational workforces in Victoria and Tasmania.

Our client is a leading national organisation and growing. With a diverse workforce and significant recruitment demand, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a busy recruitment portfolio, develop your team and make a genuine commercial impact.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage recruitment from the sidelines. We want a leader who's been on the tools, knows what great volume recruitment looks like and can coach, motivate and jump in when it counts.

LET'S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing three Talent Acquisition professionals, each managing their own recruitment portfolio.
• Driving recruitment activity, productivity and delivery against ambitious hiring targets.
• Keeping a close eye on team performance, identifying bottlenecks and jumping in to support when needed.
• Building trusted relationships with operational leaders, understanding their workforce requirements and delivering solutions.
• Championing proactive sourcing strategies, talent pooling and creative approaches to reaching hard-to-find candidates.
• Ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and consistently managed through Workday.
• Supporting the adoption of emerging recruitment technology and automation to improve hiring outcomes.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

You're a high-volume recruitment specialist first and a people leader second — someone who understands the detail, thrives on delivery and knows how to bring out the best in others.

You'll bring:

• Proven success in high-volume recruitment, ideally across blue-collar, healthcare, facilities management, logistics or other operational workforces.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring recruiters in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• A strong understanding of recruitment metrics, productivity and how to drive team performance.
• The confidence to step into recruitment activity yourself when volumes demand it.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, building trust through responsiveness, commercial judgement and results.
• A proactive sourcing mindset — you know great recruitment goes well beyond posting advertisements.
• Strong systems discipline, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
• Experience with Workday is advantageous, but not essential.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious recruitment leader who wants to make their mark in a large, growing national organisation.

• Performance bonus, paid quarterly against team targets following probation.
• Lead an established team with clear recruitment portfolios and performance expectations.
• Genuine ownership of recruitment delivery across Victoria and Tasmania.
• Work with a supportive leadership team that values initiative, accountability and results.
• Be part of an evolving TA function investing in technology, AI and smarter recruitment processes.
• A fast-paced, collaborative environment where your leadership makes a measurable difference.
