THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is an innovative, purpose-led food and nutrition business helping reshape how aged care providers approach nutrition and mealtimes. Their solutions combine nutrient-dense, texture-modified food with training, operational support and practical expertise – helping providers deliver better outcomes while protecting the enjoyment and dignity that comes with food.

Backed by strong investment, a supportive leadership team and a commitment to challenging traditional approaches, they are continuing to evolve market-leading initiatives that are changing the way nutrition is delivered in aged care.

We’re looking for a high performing National Sales Manager to join the leadership team to lead and coach seven Customer Managers across Australia. You’ll be in the field alongside your team, representing the business at aged care industry conferences and events, building pipelines, visiting aged care facilities and helping develop creative, commercially sound solutions around customer needs.

This is a consultative sales leadership role that combines commercial thinking with genuine connection and an understanding of the impact great nutrition can have on residents.

Frequent interstate travel will be required, based on customer and business needs.
