Your day-to-day will include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment and admin processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
Working across HR systems and recruitment platforms to maintain accurate records and keep processes running smoothly
Liaising with candidates to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience
General HR/Recruitment administration tasks
What you'll need to succeed:
2 years of experience working in recruitment with strong administration skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Commitment to grow and develop your recruitment skills over the course of 6 weeks
The ability to begin ASAP
