WorkTrybe is proud to partner with OnDeck as their in-house Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting the continued expansion of their high performing Renewals Sales team.

We're looking for people who know how to build relationships.
OnDeck's Renewals team works with existing and returning small business customers, creating a different sales environment to traditional high-volume new business acquisition.

You'll combine great customer conversations with commercial thinking, identifying opportunities to support customers with their ongoing funding needs while managing a portfolio of relationships.

If you're naturally engaging, commercially minded and love turning great service into long term customer relationships, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing relationships across a portfolio of existing and returning OnDeck customers
• Speaking with small business owners about their changing business and funding needs
• Identifying renewal and repeat business opportunities
• Building genuine rapport and maintaining strong customer relationships over time
• Having confident commercial conversations while delivering a great customer experience
• Managing follow-ups and opportunities across a busy customer portfolio
• Working towards individual and team sales KPIs
• Using OnDeck’s CRM and systems to manage customer activity and opportunities
• Working closely with the broader Sales and Operations teams to deliver positive customer outcomes

What We’re Looking For You don't necessarily need to come from financial services.

Some of the strongest transferable backgrounds for this environment are those where relationship building, customer service and commercial conversations are part of everyday work.

We'd love to hear from candidates with experience in areas such as:

• Phone based sales
• Account management
• Customer service
• Hospitality
• Recruitment
• Retail or customer facing environments
• Financial services or lending

More importantly, you'll bring:

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Accounting or similar)
• Natural relationship building ability
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Confidence having commercial conversations
• A genuine customer-first approach
• Motivation to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Strong organisation and follow up skills
• The ability to manage multiple customer relationships at once
• A positive, proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Full Australian working rights
