At OnDeck, you'll play an important role in helping Australian small businesses access the funding solutions they need to grow and succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Connecting with warm business leads and identifying new opportunities
• Qualifying small business owners and booking appointments for the Sales Team
• Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets
• Handling objections confidently while building strong customer rapport
• Learning the ins and outs of OnDeck's products and CRM systems
• Providing exceptional customer experiences on every interaction
• Representing a trusted fintech brand making a genuine impact in the market

What We're Looking For:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree (Business, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Accounting or similar)
• Full Australian working rights
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call centre environments
• A resilient, positive, and target driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A self motivated attitude with the drive to succeed in a high performing team
