WorkTrybe are looking for temps to join our market leading, national client in their Parramatta office for a 6 month temporary role with the potential to go longer.
Due to a recent upgrade in their rostering system, our clients' incredible Operations team need switched on Admin & Customer Service temps to help with the workload which includes:
The role:
Contacting employees to check their hours, confirm shifts - outstanding communication skills is vital
Monitoring the clock in clock out for their new rostering system
Troubleshoot lower level systems issues and helpdesk functions
Administration tasks - high level of detail required
