WorkTrybe are seeking reliable and accurate Data Entry temps to support a busy healthcare organisation through a key system migration project.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that will suit someone who enjoys structured work, repetitive tasks, and working with strong attention to detail.

You’ll be supporting the team as they move appointment data into a new software system ahead of go-live, ensuring information is entered accurately and efficiently.

The Role

• Entering high volumes of appointment data into a new system
• Completing basic QA and spot checks as you go
• Flagging issues, gaps or system messages to the team
• Supporting process updates as the team learns the new system
• Assisting with document uploads if time allows

• Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week in Box Hill
