About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business where finance plays a critical role in supporting growth. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strong financial control, deliver insights, and help build a more efficient and scalable finance function.

The Role
This is more than a traditional accounting role. You’ll be central to the finance team, owning key processes while identifying opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy across P&L and balance sheet
• Manage cash flow, reconciliations, and liquidity
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial insights
• Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards

  
What We’re Looking For

• CPA/CA qualified (or near completion)
• Background in audit or professional services, with a move into industry preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across large datasets
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
