What you'll be doing:

You'll be at the forefront of customer engagement, owning a portfolio of late-stage accounts and working with customers to achieve fair and practical resolutions.

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Manage your own portfolio of late-stage recoveries
• Skip trace to locate customers and enable contact
• Build trust and negotiate realistic repayment plans
• Liaise with field agents, solicitors, and third parties
• Assess and respond to financial hardship applications
• Stay compliant with ASIC, ACCC, Privacy Act, and internal policy
• Collaborate with your team to smash individual and shared KPIs

What you'll bring:

• 1+ years of experience in collections (secured or unsecured)
• Strong experience in late-stage collections and skip tracing
• Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
• Positive, team-oriented, and approachable
• Strong attention to detail and natural problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain focused under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience using Salesforce is a bonus - training provided
• Litigation experience highly regarded
