About the Role
As a Repayment Solutions Specialist, you’ll manage your own portfolio of customers, supporting them through repayment conversations and assessing hardship where required.

You’ll work in a high energy Operations team that values accountability, resilience and customer first thinking. Every day, you’ll be having meaningful conversations that help small businesses move forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing high volume inbound and outbound customer calls
• Educating customers on repayment solutions and arrears management
• Assessing financial hardship applications
• Handling objections and navigating solution focused conversations
• Building rapport and negotiating respectful repayment outcomes
• Maintaining accurate notes and updating CRM systems
• Managing your own portfolio with diligence and accountability
• Adhering to legislative, regulatory and internal policy requirements
• Contributing to team KPIs in a fast-paced environment

  
What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer facing roles (sales, customer service, collections or call centre)
• Confident communicator who can handle objections professionally
• Resilient, adaptable and solutions focused
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in KPI driven environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Salesforce experience is a bonus, but full training is provided
