Your day to day will include:

• Working closely with the Sales Leadership team to analyse and review performance data 
• Helping to drive category growth through insights and reporting
• Supporting visual and digital merchandising initiatives and activation, including planograms & promotions across independent, corporate accounts
• An opportunity to assist with AI adoption and project improvements
• General administration tasks

What you'll need to succeed:

• 2+ years' experience in analytical, commercial, or a retail-related role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint - required)
• Very strong interpersonal skills - the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders through different channels
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Show initiative and open-mindedness
• Exposure to category, merchandising, and retail analytics (preferred)
