About the Role

As an Early Stage Collections Specialist, you’ll manage your own portfolio of customers, working closely with them to understand their situation and agree on realistic, positive outcomes. You’ll be supported by a high energy, collaborative team and hands on leaders who are invested in your development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Having meaningful conversations with customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Managing early stage collections cases end to end
• Building rapport and negotiating practical repayment solutions
• Learning how to balance customer experience with commercial outcomes
• Working in a fast paced, supportive team environment

• Graduates or candidates with 6–12 months’ experience in a call centre, collections, customer service or sales role
• Confident communicators who are empathetic, resilient and solutions-focused
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team players who thrive in an energetic, performance-driven environment
• Salesforce experience is a bonus, but full training is provided
