Join a High-Performing Finance Team in the Electrical Wholesale Industry

We’re seeking a proactive Credit Collections/ Accounts Receivable professional to join a leading independent electrical wholesaler on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This business is part of a national network with a strong reputation for quality service, and long-term customer relationships.
  
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and trade customers to ensure timely, accurate, and professional credit and accounts receivable processes. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives on delivering results while building strong relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage customer ledgers and ensure accounts remain within agreed credit terms
• Perform daily credit collections, payment allocations, and receipting
• Respond to customer and internal enquiries via phone and email, resolving account queries
• Negotiate payment plans and process credit claims
• Support month-end close, reporting, and general accounts receivable administration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and branch teams 

You’ll Fit Right In If You

• Have proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused wholesale environment
• Are confident interpreting customer balances and resolving discrepancies
• Bring strong attention to detail and clear, professional communication skills
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) 
• Have experience with Pronto finance system
• Can work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
