The Role
We’re looking for an Underwriter to join our growing Underwriting team. You’ll assess more complex and higher value loan applications, balancing smart risk decisions with commercial outcomes all while delivering a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assess loan applications using financials, bank statements, and credit reports
• Make credit decisions within authority and escalate when needed
• Structure deals in line with risk appetite and policy
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to move deals forward
• Contribute to improving underwriting processes and tools
• Support ad hoc analysis, projects, and system enhancements

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years’ experience in underwriting or credit assessment
• Experience reviewing bank statements and external credit files
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in commercial or personal lending (nice to have)
