WorkTrybe are delighted to support our client - a well-established security services business as are looking to add an experienced Contact Centre Operator to their Response / operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract for their Night Shift - 6pm-6am.
This is a heavily phone-based role suited to someone who has worked in a busy contact centre, dispatch or operations environment and is comfortable handling a high volume of calls while working across multiple systems.
Accuracy, follow-up and attention to detail are critical, as this role plays a key part in ensuring service levels and customer expectations are consistently met.
