We’ve helped thousands of small businesses unlock opportunities, and now we’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Broker Coordinator superstar to keep our brokers and team running smoothly.

The Role
As our Broker Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. From coordinating travel, to managing meetings and events, to keeping the office humming, you’ll make sure our team can focus on what we do best: helping small businesses grow.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate domestic & international travel, flights, accommodation, transport, visas, itineraries.
• Schedule meetings and events for brokers and internal teams.
• Provide admin support, reports, presentations, correspondence, expense processing, and more.
• Support broker events, diary management, and day-to-day office operations.
• Troubleshoot travel changes, last minute requests, and keep everything running seamlessly.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in admin, team assistant, or coordination roles.
• Experience supporting brokers or managing travel/schedules a plus.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
