What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling grind!)
• Creating genuine opportunities for the Sales Team by qualifying business owners
• Smashing daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs like the sales pro you are
• Handling objections with confidence, curiosity, and charisma
• Becoming a product and CRM expert
• Delivering standout customer service that builds real relationships
• Representing a brand that’s making waves in the business finance space

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

• Have 1 year of sales or call centre experience
• Thrive in a target-driven, high-energy environment
• Bounce back quickly and push through the “no’s” to reach the “yes”
• Bring positive energy, confidence, and strong communication skills
