WorkTrybe are looking for a junior TA Support/Coordinator to join our market leading, national client in their Port Melbourne office for a 3 month temporary role, with the potential to go longer.

Due to the high-volume and fast-paced load, the incredible Talent Acquisition Manager needs a reliable right-hand person to support with the recruitment cycle: screening candidates to running references

What's in it for you?

• Competitive hourly rate of between $35-$38/hr depending on experience
• Work with a great team and fantastic, supportive TA Manager and Senior Recruiter
• On-site five days/week 
• Temp role for 3 months with the potential to extend
• Full time hours and to start this week pending background checks!

What you need to be successful in this role?

• Basic understanding of recruitment cycle 
• Have worked in a fast paced environment - blue collar, retail or health care experience are really transferable
• Excellent organisational skills
• Takes initiative
• High energy and friendly - a confident people person
• Be a strong communicator - giving regular updates, chasing people for information - while able to build strong internal and external relationships
