WorkTrybe are looking for an experienced P&C Coordinator to join our market leading, national client in their Port Melbourne office for a permanent, full-time role. You'll play a pivotal role by streamlining people processes and supporting initiatives that drive organisational success.

Your day-to-day will include:
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process
Support managers with employment contracts, inductions, and pre-employment checks
Manage important HR initiatives within the company
Prepare HR reports and assist with employee queries, Award/EA interpretation, and compliance
Support the rollout of people-related projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience
What you need to succeed:
A minimum of 2 years experience in an HR Coordinator role
Qualification in Human Resources (desirable)
Experience in a similar industry such as: healthcare, retail, facilities management, transport & logistics, or another blue collar environment
Full proficiency with MS Office and comfortable with HR systems and reporting
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Availability to be on-site 5 days/week to learn from the team and develop stakeholder relationships
