Your day to day will include:
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to an experienced team of two, TA and L+D (with the possibility of the team growing further)
Driving a culture of transparency, integrity, and continuous improvement
Leading initiatives in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
Supporting acquisitions and growth through effective people planning
Building and sustaining both internal and external relationships that foster trust, innovation, and collaboration
What you need to succeed:
3+ years experience leading a P&C team within a growth-focused business
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, coupled with extensive HR experience
A background in supporting scale-ups and founder-led businesses is a must
Demonstrated success in delivering key metrics as part of a P&C strategy
Consistent tenure in your HR previous roles and proven experience delivering P&C initiatives effectively over time
Ability to connect with senior stakeholders, offer solutions, and challenge with respect
Track record in leading teams with authenticity and humility, built on a foundation of trust
A growth mindset - committed to being a lifelong learner and inspiring the same in others
