WorkTrybe are proudly supporting one of their loyal clients who are leaders in the security space as they require a data specialist to help with ongoing support in their Operations team.

About the role:

This position involves investigating discrepancies in invoicing, billing and rostering data in order to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently. Working closely with the Operations and Finance teams you will will work through a backlog of issues, digging deep in to the data and systems in order to produce accurate results.

• Great hourly rate of up to $45 per hour + Super, 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday (9am-5pm, or 8am - 4pm, flexible to suit your preference)
• Be part of a friendly, experienced Operations Team
• Close to both Auburn and Lidcombe train stations
• Street parking is available in the area if you prefer to drive to work

About you:

• Database, investigation, invoicing and billing experience - you are an analytical thinker who is detail and numbers orientated
• Outstanding technical skills - you have experience with multiple systems, ideally workforce planning or rostering, and excel
• Strong communication skills - experience in a similar role where you've liaised with both internal and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
• Excellent administrations skills - great with systems, logging information accurately
• Happy to be in the office 5 days / week - due to the systems there is no work from home for this role
• Agile - able to prioritise work based on business needs, pivot quickly when required and stay calm to meet pressing deadlines
