A well-established agricultural business focused on producing high-quality products while maintaining safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

We are looking for a Farm Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring livestock health and welfare, team safety, site maintenance, and overall productivity.

This role includes evening and weekend work on a rotating roster (every second weekend).

The role is located in Northern Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily farm operations, including equipment checks, feed ordering, maintenance, and site upkeep
• Ensure livestock health, welfare, and compliance with company and industry standards
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards
• Monitor hygiene, food safety, and biosecurity practices
• Keep accurate records and complete required reporting
• Supervise, train, and manage staff performance and rostering
• Maintain alarm systems and respond to site issues when required
• Work closely with management and HR as needed

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and livestock management
• Experience managing teams and training staff
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Basic computer skills
