The Role
We're looking for an SMT Machine Operator to support PCB assembly production. You will be responsible for running SMT machines and ensuring high-quality PCB assemblies are produced efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT pick-and-place machines
• Load components and manage feeders for production runs
• Inspect PCBs to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate reflow ovens and SMT equipment
• Record production data and update ERP systems
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Experience operating SMT machines or PCB assembly equipment
• Background in electronics manufacturing
• Experience with pick-and-place machines
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team
