We are working with a cutting-edge aerospace development company that designs and manufactures their own high-performance products. With a strong emphasis on quickly transforming ideas into functional solutions, known for our rigorous approach to design, testing, and manufacturing.
 
We are looking for a Composite Technician to join their production team. This hands-on role is focused on the manufacture, preparation, and finishing of composite parts and assemblies. You'll play an essential role in supporting the fabrication of high-quality components.
 
This position suits someone with strong attention to detail, good manual skills, and prior experience working with composite materials in a production environment.
 
This is a full-time, Adelaide-based role.   
 
Full relocation is required for interstate candidates.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform composite lay-up, trimming, and finishing operations
• Assist with the processes related to composite materials
• Prepare moulds and components for production
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks of finished parts
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other team members including technicians and engineers
• Handle general workshop or assembly support duties as required

Requirements:

• Prior hands-on experience in composite fabrication or production
• Familiarity with composite materials
• Ability to follow technical instructions, drawings, or work procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a workshop setting
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Must be an Australian citizen
