Role Overview:
We are looking for an FPGA Engineer to join our hardware design team, working on the development and optimization of high-speed video processing and display systems. You will help design, implement, and support FPGA-based solutions for capturing, processing, and managing high-quality video data.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain FPGA-based features on high-performance MPSoC platforms.
• Implement support for high-resolution video data streams from professional camera interfaces.
• Contribute to display and video processing firmware, such as multi-view, overlays, and real-time visualization.
• Integrate and optimize video codec IP cores for recording, compression, or streaming.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and test teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and performance optimization of FPGA designs.

 
Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with Xilinx FPGA design, particularly MPSoC platforms.
• Proficiency in HDL languages (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog).
• Experience with high-speed video pipelines and real-time processing.
• Knowledge of video codec integration (e.g., H.265/HEVC).
• Experience with embedded firmware development for FPGA-based systems.
• Familiarity with simulation, synthesis, and verification of FPGA designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced R&D environment.

 
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with professional camera interfaces and real-time video processing.
• Knowledge of display features like multi-view, picture-in-picture, or overlays.
• Experience with video streaming or recording pipelines in embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with Xilinx Vivado, Vitis, and associated IP cores.
