Position:
The SMT Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Surface Mount (SMT) machine line, producing high-quality Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies for a range of applications.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• SMT Machine Operation: Setting up, operating, and maintaining SMT equipment to ensure smooth production.
• Component Handling: Loading and unloading components, organizing inventory kits, and managing stock levels.
• Production Management: Scheduling jobs, logging processing times, and entering completed work into ERP.
• Quality Control & Maintenance: Inspecting PCBs, performing routine maintenance, and improving processes.
• Equipment & Software: Operating Pick and Place Machines, utilizing relevant programming tools, and managing reflow ovens.
• Administration & Teamwork: Adhering to company policies, collaborating effectively, and maintaining proficiency in relevant systems.

Requirements:

• Experience operating SMT machines, preferably Yamaha SMT Machines.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing assembly.
• Proficiency in SMT programming tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to manage inventory and track component usage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
