Position:
We're looking for a Senior Hardware and Software Test Engineer to lead testing of Energy Storage Systems and PV inverters. The role covers test planning, execution, and reliability analysis, with hands-on work across hardware and software in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead BVT, UAT, and regression testing strategies
• Plan, manage, and execute manual/automated testing with clear reporting
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth test execution
• Manage requirements, test environments, and test case readiness
• Lead ESS testing, including test planning, execution, and sign-off
• Support reliability testing (e.g., HIL), data analysis, and root cause resolution
• Collaborate with engineers to verify and optimize ESS hardware/software
• Contribute to product development and testing of ESS and PV inverters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
• 5+ years in hardware/software/reliability testing (incl. cloud/mobile apps)
• ISTQB/CSTE/CSQE certified; strong scripting (Python, Perl, LabView)
• Embedded systems knowledge and hands-on lab/test experience
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and V-Model environments
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills

Desirable:

• Experience with PV inverters, ESS, BMS, and high-voltage systems
• Familiarity with safety standards (UL, IEC, ISO, AS/NZ)
• Root cause analysis, DFMEA, and UX testing experience
• C/C++ programming and microcontroller experience (e.g., STM32, ESP32)
