We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Redcliffe. Whether you're a recent HR graduate or just starting out in your HR career, this role offers hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle — all within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll support day-to-day HR operations, including:
- Providing general HR administrative support across the team
- Coordinating recruitment activities and candidate communications
- Assisting with onboarding and compliance documentation
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
- Drafting employment contracts and variations
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Supporting HR projects and contributing to process improvements.
What You'll Bring: To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Confidence in working with systems and adapting to new processes
- A basic understanding of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation (preferred but not essential)
