Initially offered as a seasonal role to cover the holiday period, there is strong potential for ongoing work beyond that.

This is a dynamic and varied role where you’ll be a key member of the team, supporting all aspects of branch operations, including:

• Ensuring prompt dispatch of goods via various freight methods and overseeing scheduling collections;
• Processing of customer orders, understanding and identifying products to meet their needs; and
• Delivering customer service to the highest standards, ensuring that customer issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have passion for delivering exceptional customer service as well as:

• Experience within a warehouse environment;
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills;
• Motivated and goal oriented;
• A creative, customer and team focused personality;
• Attention to detail and accuracy; and
• A current, valid forklift license would be desirable;
• Ability to demonstrate initiative.
