Nubco Devonport is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Storeperson / Truck Driver to join our Warehouse team. Whether you’re experienced in warehousing and transport, or looking to build a career in logistics, this is a role with plenty of variety, support, and opportunity.

About the Role:
Due to growing business demands, we’re expanding our team and seeking a motivated, safety-conscious individual to join our Devonport Warehouse. This full-time, permanent role operates Monday to Friday, supporting all aspects of warehouse operations and delivering goods across our store and customer network.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring goods move safely and efficiently – both in the warehouse and on the road.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and other equipment
• Picking, packing, and dispatching store and customer orders
• Safely transporting goods to stores and customer sites across Tasmania
• Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining clean and roadworthy vehicles
• Assisting customers with product enquiries when needed
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures

To Be Our Successful Candidate:

• Medium Rigid/Heavy Rigid Truck Licence (required)
• Forklift licence (required)
• Experience with truck-mounted cranes (advantageous)
• Strong manual handling skills and physical fitness
• A safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
• Effective communication and customer service skills
