The Opportunity As the CRM Analyst you will take ownership of leading all enhancements and day-to-day operations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams, ensuring the CRM system effectively supports their needs by delivering valuable data and insights. Your expertise will play a key role in optimising CRM functionality, driving user adoption, and enhancing business processes to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Working as the CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Managing all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including data management, configuration, and customisation to optimise system performance.
- Leading the development and implementation of new CRM enhancements and features that improve business processes and user experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with other digital tools and platforms.
- Monitoring and analysing CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Developing and implement training programs to support user adoption and ensure teams maximise the benefits of the CRM system.
- Ensuring all service levels are met or exceeded, resolving system defects and incidents promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
About you To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and a strong understanding of CRM management and optimisation. You’re confident in troubleshooting issues, collaborating with different teams, and ensuring the system runs efficiently. You can balance technical requirements with business needs and work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver solutions.
