We’re looking for a results-driven and hands-on Service Delivery Analyst (IT) to join our dynamic Information Technology team. Based in our Auckland office in East Tamaki, you’ll support business units across Australia and New Zealand as part of a leading ASX-listed organisation.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Supporting business operations by efficiently resolving or escalating incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs, including proactive stakeholder updates, timely escalations, and coordination with internal IT teams and third-party providers.
• Preventing service disruptions through proactive system monitoring and routine maintenance tasks.
• Managing the asset lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, tracking, and fulfilment of IT devices.
• Contributing to the development of the internal knowledge base, standard service catalogue, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participating in IT service-focused projects and supporting the adoption of new technologies across multiple business units. Occasional travel to sites across New Zealand may be required for major IT deployments.
• After-hours support on a rotating roster. 

What We’re Looking For:

• A candidate with 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery or a similar technical support environment, ideally with exposure to IT projects.
• Practical experience with ITSM ticketing systems, cloud telephony, networking, Apple iOS devices, and Microsoft technologies (Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory).
• A dependable self-starter with strong time management and customer service skills, who adheres to defined processes, respects escalation protocols, follows through on tasks, and provides regular status updates to IT management.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage both business users and technical stakeholders.
• A demonstrated interest in self-directed learning and staying up to date with current IT trends and practices.
