About the Role:
You’ll be on the ground learning and contributing from day one. This hands-on, fast-paced role gives you exposure to everything from helping customers on the floor to supporting warehouse operations and the internal sales.
 
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Delivering GREAT service and support to new and existing customers, including handling enquiries, providing quotes, and offering informed product advice
• Assisting with internal sales functions such as pricing, orders, contract management, and key account support
• Collaborating with the external sales team to drive customer satisfaction and promote new and complementary products
• Supporting stock control and inventory management, including merchandising, store layout changes, price updates, and replenishment
• Contributing to purchasing, account management, and coordinating deliveries
• Actively participating in branch sales meetings, sharing ideas, and showing leadership as you grow with the business

What We’re Looking For:

• A customer-focused individual who thrives on building relationships and delivering solutions
• Someone with excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
• A Safety-First mentality, ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of the day
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels
• Experience in hardware, retail, or industrial sectors is a bonus, but not essential
• Someone with natural leadership attributes who is looking to build a long-term career
