We’re on the lookout for an inspiring leader to take the reins at our Mornington Branch. As Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your team, your customers, and the overall success of the branch.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll build strong relationships, deliver GREAT service, and guide your team toward achieving sales targets and operational excellence. If you enjoy leading by example, solving problems, and creating a culture where people thrive – this could be your next big move.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Mornington team to meet or exceed sales, service, and safety goals
- Drive efficient day-to-day operations with a hands-on leadership style
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Promote a safety-first, team-oriented workplace culture
- Collaborate with the Management Team and take on additional responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For: - Strong leadership and people management experience
- Customer-focused mindset and excellent relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities with great time management
- A safety-first attitude and operational know-how
- Experience in trade, industrial, or hardware sectors (highly regarded)
- A confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
