We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, hands-on Service Operations Manager to join our awesome team based at our Port Hedland branch and looking after our Pilbara operations which includes branches in Port Hedland and Newman.
 
If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys working with great people – this role is for you. We’re looking for someone energetic, friendly, and motivated to drive results while building strong relationships with both team members and customers.
You'll be the go-to person leading our Workshop, Field Service and Warehousing teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll also work closely with our Branch Manager and HR to help our people grow and succeed.
 
 
  What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a high-energy service team to deliver outstanding results – both in the workshop and out in the field.
• Keep our schedules and resources running like clockwork – from techs and tools to trucks and parts.
• Work closely with our admin and customer service and sales teams to make sure clients get fast, friendly, and effective support.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach new team members – build your dream team!
• Be a proud ambassador for Cooper Fluid Systems and our trusted supplier partners.

Who You Are

• You bring positive energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for people and service.
• You’ve got a trade qualification or hands-on experience in a mechanical or technical field.
• You’re experienced in scheduling and co-ordinating workshop and field service teams
• You’re organised, proactive, and love leading teams in a practical, fast-moving environment.
• You’re a clear communicator and a natural relationship-builder.
• You know your way around safe work practices and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
• You’ve got basic computer skills (Microsoft Office etc.), and a background in hydraulics? Even better!
