H.I.S Hose, part of Cooper Fluid Systems is a market leader in the supply of industrial hose, fittings, flexible ducting and associated equipment including pneumatic and hydraulic components. We service multiple industries including mining, construction, manufacturing, agriculture and defence.
 
We are looking for highly motivated Storeperson to join our Sunshine team.  Alongside the core responsibility of dispatching/outwards goods you will also be involved in picking, packing, goods management and general warehousing duties.

This will be a highly varied role, as you will be an integral member of the team, you will also support all facets of the branch operations including:

• Ensuring prompt dispatch of goods via various freight methods and overseeing scheduling collections;
• Making sure to adhere to company policies regarding to manual handling and safe lifting techniques;
• Processing of customer orders, understanding and identifying products to meet their needs; and
• Delivering customer service to the highest standards, ensuring that customer issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.

 
About you
 
To be successful in this role, you will have passion for delivering exceptional customer service as well as:

• Experience within a warehouse or stores environment;
• Able to commit to working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm;
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrated tenure in previous positions;
• Motivated and goal oriented;
• A creative, customer and team focused personality;
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite;
• Attention to detail and accuracy; 
• Current Driver's License;
• A current, valid forklift license would be desirable, but not necessary.
