About the Role

This is an incredibly varied and integral role, responsible for:

• Updating and maintaining the online order systems for CGL, Customers and/or Suppliers;
• Assisting the Territory Manager in the quoting of work;
• Interpret customer needs and translate to product specifications;
• Provide quotations and maintain pricing on customer orders;
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner;
• Assisting with telephone enquiries;
• Enquiring with suppliers to expedite parts & stock enquires;
• Processing the purchasing of goods and services from external suppliers;
• Assisting the stores with goods inwards / outwards;
• Assisting with all facets of the day-to-day business functions.

About you
 
To succeed in this role, you will be a self-starter who is able to work autonomously. Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role, within a workshop or industrial environment. Additionally, you will have:

• A professional approach to timely and professional response to customer enquiries and quotes;
• Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs;
• The ability to coordinate changing priorities; and
• The ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
