An established and growing independent recruitment consultancy is looking to appoint a commercially minded senior recruitment professional. You’ll be helping drive the next stage of the business's development. This is a broad leadership opportunity for an experienced recruiter or recruitment manager who wants to play a pivotal role in shaping a business, rather than simply managing a desk or operating within a defined corporate structure.
The role will combine key client development with responsibility for leading, coaching and developing the wider team. You will help improve performance, strengthen client relationships, oversee key operational processes and introduce greater consistency around reporting, forecasting and accountability. Developing new revenue streams and maximising the commercial performance of the existing business.
You will have considerable autonomy and the opportunity to influence business strategy, team structure and future growth. You will need a strong recruitment background, proven commercial ability and experience of getting the best out of people.
Based in West London, the role ideally requires four days per week in the office. This is an opportunity for someone looking for genuine influence, autonomy and a long-term stake in the success of a growing recruitment business.
