We’re partnered with a highly respected Construction recruitment agency to appoint an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and grow a specialist division.
  
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an ambitious Manager, Team Leader or Senior Consultant ready to take the next step, with autonomy, strong support and significant earning potential.
  
The Role

• Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing recruitment team
• Drive revenue, profitability and team performance
• Develop key client and candidate relationships
• Identify new business and market opportunities

The Package

• £50k–£60k basic + £100k+ OTE

About You
You’ll have a proven track record in Property or Construction recruitment, with experience leading, mentoring or developing recruiters. You’ll be commercially driven, ambitious and passionate about building successful teams.
