Our client, a leading organisation in the building and construction sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their Ingleburn team in a full-time capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual to make a real impact.

About the Role:
This role blends high-level administrative support with hands-on logistics coordination. You will be a key point of contact, supporting a strong management team and ensuring the smooth flow of operations from production to client delivery. Your leadership experience will be invaluable as you contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
• Managing complex spreadsheets and data analysis (advanced Excel skills essential).
• Coordinating logistics, including the handling of building materials.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Proactively identifying and resolving challenges.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Native Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Australian Permanent Residency (PR) status.
• Proven experience in a high-end administrative role.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (essential).
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Significant logistics experience, ideally within the building and/or construction sector.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get hands dirty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering results on time and under pressure.
• Worked in factory or warehouse environment
