About your new company:
Our client is an established business within the energy and utilities sector, specialising in smart metering and field services across Australia and New Zealand.

About Your New Role
Joining a busy operations team, you'll coordinate field technicians across NSW, ensuring smart meter installations and maintenance run smoothly. This is initially a temporary role and your focus will be on resolving issues, managing urgent jobs and keeping things on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field technicians.
• Manage urgent work orders and resolve scheduling issues.
• Liaise with customers, technicians, retailers and contractors.
• Coordinate appointments and site access.
• Monitor job completion and technician productivity.
• Respond to customer enquiries and maintain accurate records.

About you

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service or operations administration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Salesforce experience advantageous.
• Available immediately or at short notice.

What's on Offer

• $75,000 + Super (permanent salary equivalent).
• WFH every Thursday and Friday.
• Rotating Saturday roster (minimum four hours, WFH).
• Excellent training and supportive team.
• Temp role with potential to transition into a permanent role.
