About your new company: 

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to drive the growth of innovative retail technology solutions across Australia.

This is a true hunter role focused on developing new business, building strategic relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 retailers, and growing a strong network of channel partners and resellers.

About your new role:

• Drive new business across the Australian retail market.
• Build and manage relationships with retailers, distributors and channel partners.
• Convert Proof of Concept (POC) opportunities into large-scale rollouts.
• Develop sales strategies and manage a strong pipeline.
• Present tailored technology solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

About you:

You're a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and winning new business. You have a strong commercial mindset and are confident engaging with senior decision-makers to deliver tailored technology solutions.

• A successful background in B2B technology or solution sales is highly regarded.
• Experience developing new business and managing long sales cycles.
• An understanding of the retail industry or retail technology market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for achieving results.
• The flexibility to travel throughout Australia when required.
