About Your New Role

Working within a busy operations team, you'll coordinate field technicians across NSW, ensuring smart meter installations and maintenance are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating people and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch work to field technicians.
• Coordinate customer appointments and site access.
• Resolve scheduling issues and urgent work orders.
• Liaise with customers, technicians, retailers and contractors.
• Monitor job completion and technician productivity.

About You

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service or administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Salesforce experience advantageous.

• Salary of $75,000 + super.
• Work from home every Thursday and Friday.
• Rotating Saturday roster, with a minimum four-hour shift from home.
