About your new role:
We're partnering with a well-established global organisation that has been a trusted leader in Australia for more than 40 years. With operations spanning multiple sites nationally, they continue to invest in their people, systems and safety culture, creating an opportunity for an experienced WHS Advisor to make a genuine impact.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with leaders across the business, helping drive a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement remain front of mind.

About your new role:
Reporting to Head of Human Resources, your responsibilities will include but woon't be limited to:

• Leading and supporting WHS initiatives across multiple sites nationally.
• Maintaining and improving WHS management systems, policies and procedures.
• Partnering with operational leaders to provide practical safety advice and coaching.
• Driving audits, risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Managing Workers Compensation and Return to Work processes.
• Delivering WHS training and promoting a positive safety culture.
• Monitoring performance, reporting on key safety metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

About you:

• 5+ years' experience in a WHS Advisor or similar role.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations across Australia.
• A Certificate IV or tertiary qualification in WHS (or similar).
• Experience within manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing Workers Compensation and Return to Work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at every level.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to challenge where required.
