About your new role

This is more than your typical sales coordinator role. You'll play an important part in keeping sales operations running smoothly while helping the team embrace smarter ways of working through AI and technology.

Working closely with the National Business Manager ANZ, you'll combine hands-on sales support with reporting, data analysis and opportunities to improve everyday processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing sales administration, including customer pricing, invoices, claims, rebates and promotional submissions.
• Coordinating sales budgets, merchandising activities and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Analysing sales, customer and promotional data to identify trends and support forecasting and range reviews.
• Preparing reports, presentations and customer communications to support commercial decision-making.
• Using Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to streamline reporting, improve workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Identifying process improvements and helping the wider team make better use of technology.

About you:

You're organised, commercially minded and naturally curious. You enjoy working with data, are comfortable with technology and like finding better ways to do things.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service or a similar commercial role.
• Medium to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and an interest in applying AI tools such as Copilot in a practical business environment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement and supporting others.

Exposure to SAP, Power BI or workflow automation tools will be highly regarded.
