With a growing pipeline of opportunities, the business is continuing to expand its bid and estimating function and is investing in the systems, processes and governance needed to support this growth. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a hands on role in improving how bids and tenders are coordinated, developed and delivered.
About your new role
As the Tender Coordinator, you will provide hands on administrative and coordination support across the bid and estimating function, working closely with Sales, Estimating and Engineering/Construction teams to help manage multiple opportunities and improve the way bids are prepared and delivered.
Initially offered as a 6 month contract with strong consideration for the role to be extended or transitioned into a permanent position based on business requirements and performance.
You will support the development of bid governance, coordinate tender documentation, evaluate incoming opportunities, bring key inputs together and help implement systems, processes and tools that support a growing bid function.
