About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and building long-term relationships. You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of valued key accounts, ensuring they receive outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of key accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate deliveries to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Prepare quotations, provide product information, and assist with brochures and product samples.
• Keep customers updated on orders, stock availability, and delivery timeframes.
• Work closely with the Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and Accounts teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Assist with new customer account setup, credit applications, and maintaining customer information.
• Support customers with account enquiries and assist with outstanding payments while maintaining positive relationships.
• Update customer pricing and account information across ERP systems and customer portals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports when required.
• Look for opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.

About You

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Internal Sales, Key Accounts, or Client Support role.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with customers at all levels.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
