About your new role:

This is a varied Customer Service role combining customer relationships, order processing and coordination across Supply Chain and Logistics. You’ll take ownership of customer orders from processing through to delivery and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Check product availability and coordinate dispatch and delivery
• Provide customers with accurate delivery updates and timeframes
• Liaise with warehousing, logistics and internal teams
• Work with Supply Chain to manage stock availability and potential issues
• Ensure accurate invoicing and support customer account queries
• Monitor Customer Service KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
• Utilise SAP/ERP systems for order management and reporting
• Provide general support to the wider Customer Service team

About You

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Proactive, customer-focused and solutions-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
