About your new company
This is an established Australian FMCG business with a strong national presence and a portfolio of well-known brands.

With the business continuing to grow, they are looking for an experienced Import, Export & Transport Administrator to join their team in Prestons.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy operation and gain exposure across international freight, local transport and customer coordination.

About your new role
Working across imports, exports and domestic transport, you’ll play an important role in keeping shipments, bookings and documentation on track.

You’ll work closely with internal teams as well as freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers and customers to ensure everything is coordinated and communicated effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing import and export documentation
• Supporting customs and regulatory compliance
• Applying INCOTERMS to import and export shipments
• Liaising with freight forwarders and resolving shipment issues
• Coordinating daily transport bookings
• Providing customers with shipment and delivery updates
• Supporting the wider transport and logistics team with administration
• Working with internal teams to ensure freight requirements are managed efficiently

About you
You’ll be an organised and proactive administrator who is comfortable working in a busy logistics environment and managing multiple priorities.
You’ll have:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar import, export, transport or logistics role
• FMCG experience is essential
• Experience with import/export documentation and customs processes
• An understanding of INCOTERMS
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong numerical ability
• Confident Excel and Outlook skills
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• A flexible and adaptable approach
